The Company opened a subsidiary in Kazakhstan and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop the commercial activities in the local market.

Main tasks :

1.To reach planning sales targets

  • 2.Develop the distributors and partners network;
  • 3.Set clear targets for distributors’ sales force, organize control of performance and implement common reporting and evaluation system of their work;
  • 4.Plan, develop and implement business training programs to key customer groups;
  • 5.Implement trainings and development plans for the distributors’ sales force.

    6.To coordinate other operations-related activities like logistics outsource, certification, reporting

    Main requirements :

  • Higher education (preferably economics)
  • 25-40 years old
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in pro-Western companies, preferably in Automotive or related industry
  • Hands-on experience in building effective distribution of products in the market
  • Excellent commercial skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • High potential, dynamic and proactive attitude, goal-oriented
  • Good analytical skills, logically-thinking
  • Good working knowledge of English preferably
