As an Associate Principal you will :
Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Managers
Ensure : consistency, improvements are embedded and that skills are transferred

A proven ability to deliver large scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
Have outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems.
Possess strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes.
Take a proactive, team oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic.
Be an experienced team leader with the capability to mentor & direct your team
