Responsibilities :Identifies and develops sales opportunities to build customer pipeline.Works aggressively to meet the annual and quarterly Sales Targets.Develops new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connections, and submitting quotes.Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.Keeps solutions knowledge up to date by pro-active discussions with internal stakeholders and identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Work with Marketing team to develop collateral for sales team.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Minimum

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (preferable but not mandatory).Min 7-8 years of experience in front-end sales in PCB design and manufacturing.

Brings strong relationships and customer base within the hardware ecosystem.Proven sales experience targeting customer accounts including working closely with Seniorengineering and technical leadership teams of the target customers.

Familiarity with hardware design and manufacturing supply chain including PCB FABs, Assembly houses, and EMS. Additional Skills and Experience : Demonstrated ability to learn, think and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at alllevels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills..
