Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (preferable but not mandatory).Min 7-8 years of experience in front-end sales in PCB design and manufacturing.
Brings strong relationships and customer base within the hardware ecosystem.Proven sales experience targeting customer accounts including working closely with Seniorengineering and technical leadership teams of the target customers.
Familiarity with hardware design and manufacturing supply chain including PCB FABs, Assembly houses, and EMS. Additional Skills and Experience : Demonstrated ability to learn, think and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at alllevels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills..
