Overview / Responsibilities
Wood (trading locally as PSNK) is currently looking for an Invoice Coordinator to join our team in Atyrau. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality projects to our client’s requirements.
To provide full support to the Procurement Team to collate, process and ensure timely distribution of all Invoice relating to Purchase Orders and Sub Contracts.
Focal point for all new Agency hires to ensure orders have been issued, start dates completed and Invoice payments facilitated and paid on time.
Any other Administration requirements that are required in the department.
Skills / Qualifications
Preferably educated to a high standard Administrative Experience Invoice and Accounting Skills Formatting of project documentation to high standard Reporting on financial status Excellent Microsoft Office skills Good general PC skills Prior experience in a similar role
