Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a TA Timekeeper (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 28 28.

We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description :

Report daily Contractor personnel headcount to Supervisor upon site visit

Ensure work progress is in compliance with Work Request requirements and contractor estimate

Track Contractor equipment via daily timesheets

Validation of contractor’s timesheets

Work with contractors on resolving timesheets issues

Assist audit department in case of audits / findings

Support to turnaround team during TA execution

Various reports & ad-hoc business requests from supervisor / Prod Ops customers

Requirements :

Higher education, IT or Economical

Previous work experience with timekeeper duties / other analytical jobs is preferable

Language skills : Russian; Kazakh; English

Computer skills : Ariba, JDE 1, DCT; MS Office (Excel, Word)
