SUMMARY OF ROLE
Technical support of the Customer in the following areas : Development of technical and commercial proposals, operational addition of proposals, technical control, coordination of projects, placing Orders, interaction with the Customer and settlement of conflicts, performing price calculations and tracking changes in pricing.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Proposals and additions to them, ensure the maximum number of Orders from the number of Proposals.
Place Orders at enterprises, considering the technical foundations of production.
Coordinate technical problems, terms of manufacture and assembly with manufacturers.
Provide technical support to the Customer using all possible means of communication.
Advise the customer and sales engineers on technical issues and economic performance.
Consider changes in the Customer's projects and the results of equipment acceptance.
Negotiate payment terms under a transfer of rights and liability agreement.
Organize customers for seminars and product presentations.
Adhere to Emerson's Business Ethics principles.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Higher technical education
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automatization
Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
Proficiency in English at least Intermediate level.
Computer literacy (MS World, Excel, Power Point, Vision, etc.) at a professional level.
Hard working, energetic
Has ability to work in a team and independently.
