The Position

MSL delivers the scientific information about the Roche Diagnostics products in the context of their work, in accordance to local laws, regulations and Roche SOPs.

Facilitates and develops the relationship with the medical / scientific community by communicating product-related information.

Provides information on research developments, and new concepts in medical treatment, giving perspective to field activities associated with growing existing products, and bringing new products to market.

Requirements for the role :

Medical degree (PhD would be an advantage);

Understanding of how diagnostics products work;

Proven work experience in therapeutic areas such as oncology, infectious diseases or as a physician or within pharmaceutical industries;

Good analytical skills and ability work with big amount of scientific data;

Ability to work and analyze, medical scientific literature, interpret statistical data and clinical trials results;

Presentation skills of a scientific data;

Ability to build positive relationships with key opinion leaders, medical research and development experts;

Knowledge local healthcare legislations and regulations;

Technical & digital literacy;

Excellent written and verbal skills in Kazakh, Russian & English (ability to understand complex scientific topics and engage into conversation with experts);

High work ethics & compliance standards;

Achiever mindset and team-player.
