Higher education and / or recognized professional qualifications;
Up to 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or related field (preferably in materials management / logistics);
Up to 5 years of experience in the field of customs clearance and cargo transportation as a supervisor of activities in the field of oil and gas production;
Experience in the field of cargo transportation and customs clearance in the CIS countries, in particular in Kazakhstan;
Respect for HSE culture and initiative in ensuring HSE;
A good understanding of the E&P business aspects of freight / customs / supply chain / logistics;
A prerequisite is the availability of excellent skills, deep knowledge and user experience in the field of legal regulation of customs procedures in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Global Logistics Management System (GLMS) and Offshore Logistics Management System (OLM) will be considered an advantage;
Control and leadership skills;
Teamwork skills required for frequent interactions with professionals in other disciplines and third parties;
Ability to ensure the exchange of information both within the company and with third parties at a high level;
Analytical skills and excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs.
