Responsibility :

  • Reporting to the Distributor Development Manager, ensure Division business accuracy by following and challenging partners operations, on baseline promo and other expenses.
  • Develop deep partner knowledge on expense and investment rules and policy, timelines, stock control
  • Aggregate the total expenses, prepare budgeting, forecasts of spends,analyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps / risks.
  • Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Finance) validate the sales forecasts, lead the expense monthly meeting
  • KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Influences Sell-In, Sell-THROUGH sales strategy and funds on partner
  • Adapts promo strategy and promo efficiency
  • Leads and coordinates sell-through plans process with commercial team
  • Shapes sell-in plan by partner, taking detailed sell-through plans and stocks into account
  • Participates on Demand meeting and inputs
  • Ensures compliance enhance selling & control of expenses
  • Trains & coaches team on effective promo and expense control
  • Pursues Financial optimization based on commercial investment efficiency analysis
  • Effective management and control of budgets
  • Development of sell-through, forecasts and budgeting (annual, monthly)
  • Internal / External Audit in terms of budgeting and funds on channels by partners
  • Analyses and recommends actions to reach results of forecasts and budgets
  • Aligning commercial balances at distributors
  • Requirements :
