Mai deliverables :

  • Developing an overarching strategy for the patient support.
  • leading & driving excellence in patient support programs across all franchises through, leading patients Journey Localizations.
  • Identifying & Understanding the challenges & gaps of the HC eco- system from patient’s standpoint, prioritizing key Takeda leverages and setting up of the country specific initiatives.
  • Working together with all relevant local functions area, regional and global teams capitalizing on global and regional resources.
  • Successful execution of local solutions, with guidance from global / regional teams.
  • Excellence in Patients Service :
  • 1. Provide sustainable un-paralleled values to patients, HCPs, societies and Humanities.

    2. Sustainability through personalization; Enable Patients receive different treatment specific to their needs.

    3. Ongoing Monitoring to maintain, enhance or stop services.

    4. Leverage the use of technology to maximize patients reach and enhance efficiency.

    Job Responsibility

  • Assess & monitor impact and execution of current patient service offerings, including feedback from service users and stakeholders such as HCPs, payers and patient organizations.
  • Develop and localize Patient Journeys. Including setting up of the cross functional patient journey localization workshop
  • Develop and implement best-in class patient support programs across all brands in alignment with brand strategy, local cross function stakeholders and the area, regional and Global Patient Support teams to address patients unmet needs.
  • Assess and monitor local legal and regulatory environment relevant to patient support programs and Work with Compliance, Legal, Regulatory to adhere to obligations.
  • Manage third party service providers, ensure quality delivery as per the program framework documented in the SWO and Takeda SOPs and procedures and manage associated budget.
  • Develop & track internal and external KPIs associated with PSP and ensures program is enhanced when required.
  • Coordinate with the cross functions to deliver necessary trainings to the external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop Local BP with LOC cross functional Teams.
  • Requirements

  • English - Upper-Intermediate (required)
