General Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead and execute the creation of new channels, adapt, develop, and manage all existing internal communication channels.
Adapt and implement global, European, and Russian PepsiCo projects in the field of internal communications and employee engagement.
Write news and articles, interviews, and reports in Russian and English for publication on the corporate communication channels
Update content and documents on corporate intranet and channels of communication
Prepare texts, edit and typeset central email communications (including weekly mailing, mailing of vacancies, etc.), prepare appropriate address lists, and send a mailing to them.
Edit and publish organizational announcements in accordance with the organizational policy.
In cooperation with agencies or independently create screensavers, banners, collages, posters, illustrations, and other graphic elements to accompany publications in the corporate portals, bulletin boards, and other internal communication channels, as well as draw illustrations.
Provide communication and organizational support for Employee Engagement projects (meetings of employees, annual AOP conferences, New Year's holidays, offsite meetings with employees).
Development, regular updating, and clarification of policies and procedures (procedure for preparing internal communications, policy on organizational announcements, style requirements, etc).
Revises approach to local Reward & Recognition programs across Central Asia BU and effectively brings them to life in partnership with HRBPs and SDT Field teams
Organizes nomination process for Global and Sector Awards across the BU, partners with HRBPs and business leaders to calibrate and validate nominations
Drives communications of OHS Pulse action planning across the BU
Leverages sports movement across BU (communications, running challenges, corporate relays, work-outs, etc. )
Creates content and activities for PepsiCo Way (new vision and behaviors) implementation across BU
Creates content for a panel discussion, workshops, scripts to meet C&E agenda (learnfinity meet-ups, conferences, leadership forums, video production, etc)
Drives Employer Branding (EB) agenda partnering with EB team and HR
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills
Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills
Experience in developing communications plans and strategies to deliver on business objectives
Experience communicating to frontline teams as well as leadership
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing events like leadership conferences, town halls and webcasts
Experience working with agencies, graphic designers and other creative support
Outstanding ability to manage relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
Must be able to develop and clearly and concisely present a professional product to multiple levels of management
Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments
Ability to travel occasionally when business travel resumes
Sensitivity in handling confidential information
Ability to work individually or within a team environment
