Mainresponsibilities :
  • TMactivities

  • Leading of annual promo activitygrid based on growth drivers to achieve category / channel strategytargets
  • To communicate of annual TM promoactivity grid to sales department.
  • Providingtimly and efficient implementation of annual TM promo activity gridin the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with set KPI, controlexecution and results analysis.
  • Initiate corrective actions basedon channel trade promo executionresults.

  • Providing of national TM standardscompliance in Trade marketing agreements with key accounts : participation in preparation of customer development plans, trademarketing agreements, maintenance of performance and control ofexecution of trade marketingagreements.
  • Participation in development andexecution of regional development plans aimed at identifyingadditional sources of growth in region : local key accounts optimal TM national standards compliance in TM agreements,improvement of current contract performance and determination ofadditional potential from customized activities implementation;
  • traditional trade adaptation of national project taking intoaccount regional specifics, development of specialprojects

  • Implementation of integrated approachto trade promo activities for pre and post promo evaluation.Implications assessment and development of recommendations based onresults of channel trade promo evaluationresults.
  • BUDGETING
  • Followand control TM budget execution, audit and evaluation of TMinvestment efficiency by LKAs, for traditional trade and withinlocal budget on the basis of the information provided by TM Processmanager and finance department.
  • Estimation ofTrade marketing budget to insure complex TM support,Channel / category strategies and national standards implementationand to prepare TM budget spit within the confirmed amount inRepublic of Kazakhstan according to the internal company processesandtimings.
