Responsibilities :

  • Meet the guests of the Company and notify relevant employees;
  • Receive the incoming phone calls;
  • Organize the reception and sending of Company's correspondence. Prepare production orders, register inwards and outwards correspondence;
  • Record and control the availability of office supplies, order the necessary goods;
  • Monitor the fulfillment of obligations of the Company under contracts, and payment of bills of suppliers of goods / services in his / her area of responsibility;
  • Participate in the discussion of the terms of contracts for the supply of goods / services with suppliers;
  • Participate in the organization of collective events of the Company : search for suppliers of necessary products and services (rental of premises, ordering transport, tickets, hotel rooms, organization and accounting of meals, organization of staff delivery, guest accommodation and visa support);
  • Preparation of management meetings (preparation of a conference room, provision of office supplies, provision of coffee breaks);
  • Monthly update the information in the contact list of the Company;
  • Make a taxi order for business purposes, pay for taxi services;
  • Follow direct instructions and individual work orders of direct supervisor;
  • Control over the cleanliness and order in the office, coordinate the cleaning of the office.
  • Requirements :

  • Higher education
  • Confident user of PC (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • English - upper-intermediate, Kazakh - would be an advantage
  • 1-3 years of work experience on a similar position
  • Responsibility, diligence, honesty, attentiveness, sociability.
