Role description :

  • drives the day to day business management and operational excellence, leads change processes and provides useful business intelligence;

  • Be the right hand of the Sales Manager. Offload the sales management from daily operation and provide them with business support and intelligence in order to spend more than 80% of their time in sales related activities
  • Responsibilities :

  • Sales / business management and daily operational activities, by country / BU / RTM / Segment :
  • Sales and financials planning

    Load and revenue planning, tracking and assessment

    Funnel management and improvement

    Accounts / Partners performance

    Large deals status and tracking

    Margin management monitoring , critical deals follow -up

  • Sales process (incl SFDC)
  • Sales and market intelligence and TAM validation
  • Account planning support ;
  • Organizational design, sales coverage and sales compensation and incentives design;
  • Quota deployment / End Customer , Partner
  • Sales productivity and sales performance
  • Sales enablement, training and onboarding
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives and Programs
  • Products Remarketing and demo process management
  • Main interface with other functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Global Technology and Business Services, Sales Comp, etc.)
  • Knowledge and Skills

    Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.

    Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

    Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.

    Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

    Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

    Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong project management skills.

    Developed relationship management skills.

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

    Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
