Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Partners;
  • Organization and coordination of business meetings (documents and presentations preparation, organizing schedules);
  • Arranging business trips;
  • Maintenance of business correspondence;
  • Preparing of contracts and invoices;
  • Arranging audio and video conferences;
  • Carrying out any other duties as requested by the Partners.
  • Providing administrative support to the Department staff;
  • Arranging video conferences;
  • Providing written and oral translations;
  • Assisting team members in all administrative matters;
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls;
  • Arranging meetings (booking rooms, cars, organizing coffee or tea);
  • Preparing contracts, different documents;
  • Coordinating all business trips (booking tickets, hotels, cars, preparing travel expenses forms for Finance Department);
  • Filing the documents;
  • Assisting in department events organization;
  • Preparing Power Point presentations, etc;
  • Requirements :
  • Higher education;
  • Higher education;
  • Experience in similar positions not less than 2 years;
  • Complete fluency in English and Russian (experience as a translator / interpreter is advantage);
  • Experienced PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions with limited supervision;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Ability to work overtime.
