Job Description

Drive BU Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan) NR growth agenda, support NRR and Value share objectives delivery, lead RM-

related capability improvements in the organization, via :

  • Leading pack price strategy development across categories all stages of the process including execution
  • Decision support for NPD price positioning, tactical pricing, discounts (CDAs & variable promotional discounts) efficiency & net revenue targets within PSP, AOP & iS&OP cycle
  • Driving trade spend efficiency agenda : develop promo guidelines reviewing historical activities; set up and manage operational sign-
  • off process (including pre-evaluation of all promotions larger than specified hurdle rates); manage post promo audit / evaluation.

    KPIs tracking / reporting (VSOP%, promo % GR etc.)

  • Actively participating in reviewing trade terms strategy and financial effectiveness of CDA spend to develop guidelines (allocation of budgets and drivers of CDA levels) and recommendations for change
  • Support sales review process to highlight drivers of net revenue variance and lead RM related initiatives
  • Leading NRR improvement initiatives
  • Leading Portfolio mix managements and related projects.

  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • An experienced revenue leader : 3+ years;
  • Education : MA in finance,
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient Excel, PowerPoint user
  • fluent English,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to see big picture,
  • Experience of setting strategic agenda and vision.
