Key responsibilities :

  • Delivery of plans set for volume, profitability and market share of Company's products in retail outlets of organized retail universe.
  • Planning and ensuring the timely launch of new products.
  • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiation and conclusion of contracts as well as control over the performance of contractual obligations.
  • Following up the implementation of agreements reached by the Company’s field force.
  • Analysis of reports on trade marketing, consumer research, retail indicators with further preparation of recommendations for business development in the channel as per market trends.
  • Organization of marketing activities at retail outlets of organized retail universe.
  • Following up the production, storage, distribution and installation of Company's retail equipment.
  • Requirements :

  • University degree.
  • Experience in trade marketing, including in people management.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and aspects of different distribution units (finance, accounting, logistics etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of English - at least intermediate level.
