Main missions :

  • Reach the targets and goals set for his / her scope (4 Growth Centers)
  • Maintain and increase sales of Xylem products in Industry&Municipality (all range of products)
  • Establish, maintain and develop the distribution network
  • Support local distributors
  • Attend / Conduct trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Organize and deliver presentations and trainings
  • Collect customer feedback and market research
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Support the negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions
  • Propose and implement action plans to achieve profitable business relationships through key Municipal and Industrial Customers, Consulting Engineers, OEM within the defined geographic area.
  • Organize visits to current and potential clients within the industrial and municipal end-users.
  • Customer support during site visits and project acceptance visits
  • Preparation of technical and commercial documentation for the tenders
  • Identify and influence key decision makers in specifying Xylem products as the preferred solution to fulfill the customer’s requirements.
  • Use appropriate IT tools to maintain clear and accurate records of activities within defined area and prepare and present regular reports as required.
  • Propose a yearly Sales budget to the local distributors
  • Actively support HR initiatives (PFP, mandatory trainings )
  • Identify & propose some initiatives to develop the business and to improve the efficiency of internal processes
  • Proactively ensure that Xylem business is fully compliant
  • Compliance with Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct
  • Organize and report his daily activities to the management
  • Working location : home-office Kazakhstan

    Skills & Abilities :

    Education and experience :

  • Masters in Mechanical Engineer
  • Languages : Fluent English, Russian
  • Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles
  • Relevant experience at least 3 years in Municipal or Industrial sales and engineering segment
  • Skills :

  • Be a self-starter with high motivation to achieve corporate and personal goals
  • Proactively engaged in the development of his job, his department, the company
  • Possess communication, presentation and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively service customer needs and achieve the sales company targeted
  • Maintain standards of conduct and compliance
  • Availably to Travel at least 50% of the time.
