Key responsibilities :

  • Provides the procedures linked with the delivery of the goods to the customers
  • Working with the current orders according to the approved and agreed commercial conditions (preparing and follow-up of specifications, invoices, way-
  • bills, packings lists, protocols of prices agreement, etc., assistance in deliveries to customer warehouse;
  • Fulfills on-time deliveries and the accordance of duly executed services to the clients
  • Controls the payment terms, credit limit, and unblocking requests if the case
  • Controls and analyzes the reserved blocked pending orders.
  • Manages the availability of the report on sales situation on daily and monthly basis, activities and stocks
