As a member of Honeywell TCO FGP program this position will report to the project director. This role will be located in Atyrau, Kazakhstan and will be responsible for planning and scheduling of Honeywell project resources in country.
We expect this role to ensure a smooth rotation schedule, delivering resources to site on a timely basis and provide the necessary support to foreign workers with regards to visas and work permits, in line with guidance from Honeywell functions.
Resource Planning & Scheduling
Perform 1st level interviews of workforce
Coordination with Honeywell Global Mobility Services
Ensure workforce visas and work permits are up to date
Provide all necessary details to relevant organizations
Coordinate customer requirements ensure resources are approved by customer
First point of contact to our in country vendors
Provide project status updates
Ensure invoicing with relevant required details are submitted on a timely basis
Follow up on payment status of invoices
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc).
Fluent in English both written and orally
Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results
Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
Master degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred.
Communication skills sufficient to deal with customer and trades people and Honeywell Project Managers
Some experience in project management
