Responsibilities :

  • Support the HR Supervisor in dealing with HR and personnel related matters.
  • Provide support and advice to staff and contractors on company HR policies and procedures and how to deal with personal matters related to Project operations.
  • Write and update and customize KPJV HR policies applicable for site operations.
  • Maintain and customize policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant to site operations.
  • Work closely with the HR Supervisors and Recruiting Supervisors to ensure the timely management of the PAF process covering position changes and promotions.
  • Ensure the PAF database and tracking process is maintained accurately and kept up to date.
  • Conduct employee relations surveys, collate data and prepare reports for management on employee related issues and morale.
  • Supervise and ensure the development of the Personnel Relations Specialist.
  • Maintain strong internal networks, seek feedback from personnel to monitor and advise on site morale.
  • Monitor, analyze and make recommendations on solutions to personnel related issues with accordance with Project procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage personnel processing time sheets, overtime requests, annual leave requests, ensuring that staff receive adequate support to get paperwork completed properly and on time.
  • Ensure the appropriate communication and distribution of Company and management notices to all Tengiz site personnel.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR database.
  • Create HR reports and provide analytics.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Requirements :

  • College degree with studies in personnel or HR related topics.
  • Highly effective presentation skills, able to prepare presentations and communicate in front of moderate sized groups with confidence.
  • Strong writing skills, able to read understand relatively complex documents in 3 languages and draft and edit in the languages.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential matters.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
