Обязанности :

  • Meet KPJV new starters and their Line Managers within established timeframe and provide introduction and overview of KPJV Employee Relations function.
  • Conduct in-person periodic assessments with KPJV personnel and respective Line Managers to answer queries, provide advice, and mitigate any concerns.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations as required.
  • Conduct policy compliance audits as required. May require business travel to JV partner and / or project offices.
  • May assist in the creation of, and provide training on, various employee relations topics.
  • Assist with the communication process with employees on KPJV HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all KPJV personnel receive and sign required policy information upon initial mobilization and within established timeframes thereafter.
  • Maintain secure electronic file(s), distribute copy(s) to the relevant stakeholders (i.e. employer) and archive as required.
  • Liaise with KPJV partners ensuring accurate and prompt communication on KPJV employee matters.
  • Assist with succession planning and especially the Nationalization program.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of Employee Relations Surveys. Compile data and prepare reports for HR Advisor Employee Relation review.
  • Assist with KPJV annual performance review processes.
  • Assist with the KPJV salary administration programs.
  • Coordinate and help facilitate special functions as required, (i.e. Service Awards, Recognition & Awards, team building.)
  • Compile and review HR data and provide trends to HR supervision.
  • Maintain HR database and associated spreadsheets.
  • Distribute employee relations type documents as required.
  • Liaise with employer and FGP Medical Coordinator with regards to medical leaves to ensure compliance with the FGP Project Contractor Fitness for Duty - Return to Work Policy.
  • May assist with the demobilization procedure for project personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Advisor and / or HR Manager(s) as required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all HR clients.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Требования :

  • Investigation experience.
  • Working knowledge of The Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability working in a collaborative environment with all levels of personnel.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Results focused; able to multi-task and able to complete tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to communicate professionally in a business environment (written and verbal) in Russian and English.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality policies.
  • Sound interpersonal awareness; able to listen to people's problems and provide HR or general assistance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
  • Ability to travel to JV partner and / or project offices.
