  • Potential customer exploration, information collection and summarization about perspective projects and potential customers, designers, as well as business-
  • like contact founding and maintaining, new customer and cooperation partner attracting;
  • Client (customer and designer) visit planning and regular visiting in accordance with plan which is concerted with Sales Manager to promote, offer and sell goods.
  • Manager regularly reports to departments manager about customer visit results;
  • Sales Manager attends specific seminars and technical meetings in accordance with departments approved plan;
  • Cooperate with designers when preparing project’s Technical specification;
  • Receive requests from customers, discuss technical specifications;
  • Prepare demands and send them to accordant supplier;
  • Carry out design documentation, create typical solutions, configure protection devices, development of applications and requirements to substation control system;
  • Discussions with Suppliers about product prices and supply conditions, including special conditions (e.g. special discounts, nonstandard complectation, etc.);
  • Offer calculation with help of ABB Full Cost calculation program and in accordance with ABB standard procedures;
  • Prepare tender (in accordance with ABB standards and instructions) and hand it in to customer;
  • Follow up to tender reviewing at customer. Meetings and discussions after tenders handling in to ensure order. Corrects tender concerting with Sales Manager;
  • Production delivery and installation contracts as well as preparing other contracts (in accordance with ABB standards).
  • At preparing contract uses ABB standard contract forms;
  • Manager is responsible for orders realization, organization and follow up to it till customer has received production and settled all commitments towards ABB;
  • Is responsible and controls contracts with subentrepreneurs realization;
  • Perform consultations for customers about technical questions related to productions usage preferential, installations and exploitation’s particularities as well as other interesting to customer related to productions technical questions;
  • Consult customers about productions after-sold servicing possibilities cooperating with ABB Service department. Summarize and give information about the need of that kind of services and clients interests in servicing to departments managers;
  • Perform other duties which logically.
  • Requirements :

  • Higher technical education;
  • Several years of experience or more in sales of technical eqiupment;
  • English intermediate and higher, Russian fluent.
