Chemonics International, an international development consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., seeks qualified candidates for local long-term positions on an anticipated USAID-funded Expanding Tuberculosis Identification, Treatment, and Prevention in Central Asia (TB-CA). The project will focus on reducing the burden of TB in Central Asia through strengthening local and regional health systems’ capacity for improving the detection and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB). It will seek to invest in building the leadership, management, financing, and technical capacity of Central Asian institutions, communities, and civil society to achieve higher quality and more accessible DR-TB diagnosis and treatment services.
