Role Summary :

The Senior TTA Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the project and the business.

Essential Responsibilities :

In this role, you will perform as interface between the partner and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests.

Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the partner advised of the progress of the program and drive solutions to issues.

Responsible for adherence to the supply agreement, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to the deal.

May also support proposal and negotiations. Responsibilities

  • Manage technical information transfer and flow

  • Create schedule and project timeline

  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess result of project
  • Drive cross-functional accountability aligned to project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, program / project management, or manufacturing from an accredited university or college or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, engineering, supply chain, or program / project management relative to the manufacture of locomotives
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and / or change management
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
